Matthew Barnes is a partner at ASG Advisors, a strategic philanthropy and executive positioning consulting firm.
He leads client engagements ranging from deep dive strategic planning to program design and execution, impact assessment,
and philanthropic communications. ASG has supported the philanthropic arms of PSEG, Xerox, Prudential, Rossignol,
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Avis Budget, as well as the Forbes Marshall Foundation, Community Foundation of New Jersey,
Council of NJ Grantmakers, and many others. He holds a BA in African American Studies and Politics from Purdue University
and is pursing a masters in sustainable development, with a concentration on corporate-community engagement, from the
University of Cambridge (UK).
